What the app will not do, the rules it applies to every draft, and where your data goes.
It never posts for you
The app has no connection to any social network. It marks approved posts as ready, and you post them.

The rules below are applied in code at the quality check and the approval gate. No workspace, partner or note can switch them off.
Where your data goes
This site currently has no AI provider switched on, so no text leaves the server for writing. E-mail is not sent: messages wait for the site owner. See the privacy notice.
The rules

AI-assisted note | When a model wrote a draft, the app suggests an "AI-assisted" note. Some platforms and laws ask for such a note; the rules differ by country and change, so check the current rules that apply to you. Text written from templates, without an AI key, is not marked. |
Approval before first contact | The first message to any new contact always waits for the owner, whatever the approval setting is. |
Claims are flagged for you | Absolute or outcome claims such as "guaranteed" or "100% cure" are flagged and lower the quality score, and numbers that do not appear in your Brand OS are flagged. You decide what is true; the app only points at it. |
Consent before messaging | A first WhatsApp message is drafted only for a lead who ticked the WhatsApp box on the enquiry form, and the owner approves the text and sends it by hand. Laws that may apply depend on the country (for example data-protection and telecom rules); this is not legal advice. |
Nothing is posted by the app | This version does not connect to any social network and does not post, reply or send messages for you. Approved posts are marked "ready to post" and you post them yourself. If posting is added later it will use each platform's official API with the account owner's consent: no browser automation and no password sharing. |
No fake reviews or engagement | Drafts that mention buying followers, likes or reviews, or writing fake reviews, are blocked and cannot be approved. |
No rewards for reviews | Review requests and replies must never offer a discount, gift or anything of value in exchange for a review or for changing one. Drafts that do are blocked. Many platforms and consumer-protection rules forbid this. |
No collecting of personal data from the web | The roles never collect e-mail addresses, phone numbers or profiles from the web. Lead data comes only from the workspace's own enquiry form (with a consent tick) and from what people type in themselves. |
Agents never delete your content | No role deletes posts, replies or files. Only the memory clean-up removes expired internal notes. |
