Privacy notice

What is stored
- Your account: name, e-mail address, language, role and the time of your last sign-in. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash.
- Your workspace: what you type in (facts, voice notes, ideas, pasted reviews, results), the drafts the team writes, your decisions and the activity list.
- Enquiry forms: name, e-mail address or phone, message and a record that you agreed to be contacted. A form on a business's workspace page sends your details to that business.
- The caption check: the pasted text is not kept. Only the scores, the industry, the language and, if you tick the box, your e-mail address are stored, together with a hashed code of your network address to limit abuse.
- Security records: security-relevant actions are logged with the network address they came from.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. If you arrive through a referral link, a second cookie remembers the referral code for 90 days. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who can see it
People in your workspace see its data according to their role. The partner or agency that runs your workspace, and headquarters staff, can see it too. We do not sell data.
AI
No AI provider is switched on at this time, so no text is sent to one. If the owner switches one on, the facts, ideas and draft text needed for a task will be sent to it, and this notice will say so.
The site does not send e-mail at this time. Messages it wants to send are kept for the site owner, who may pass on a sign-in link by hand. Held messages are deleted after 30 days.
