Draft text. This page describes how the software works. A lawyer has not yet reviewed it, and the site owner is responsible for making it right for their business and the law that applies to them.

What the service is

Kairovane is software that drafts marketing text, checks it, and keeps plans, approvals and records. It does not post anything for you. You review every draft you choose to use and you post it yourself.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the facts you write, for the claims in the posts you publish, and for following the rules of each network and the law that applies to you. Drafts can be wrong or unsuitable, especially when an AI model has written them. Read before you post.

What you may not do

Do not use the service for fake reviews, rewards in exchange for reviews, bought followers or likes, spam, or anything illegal. Drafts that suggest such things are blocked, and a workspace may be paused if it is used that way.

No promise of results

We do not promise any number of followers, enquiries or sales.

Plans, trials and invoices

Prices are those shown on the pricing page when you ask for a plan. A trial lasts 14 days for a business and 7 days for a person; when it ends without an agreed plan, the workspace is paused and its data is kept. Plans are invoiced by hand and switched on when the invoice is paid. GST is added to rupee invoices only when the seller has registered a GSTIN.

Pausing and ending

The owner of the site may pause a workspace for breaking these terms or for an unpaid invoice. Write to us to end your use of the service.
