How the partner money works
There is no price list for partners. The figures are agreed one partner at a time.
The model
- Each partner has its own clients. Every month, headquarters adds up the monthly value of those clients' active plans (their billings).
- Headquarters keeps a share of the billings (a percentage agreed with that partner) and charges a fixed platform fee (an amount agreed with that partner).
- A partner may have a master above it (a state or country partner). The master is paid an override, a percentage of the partner's billings, out of headquarters' share. It never reduces what the partner keeps.
- The partner keeps billings minus headquarters' share and the platform fee. The statement is a draft until headquarters issues it as an invoice; after that its figures are locked.
- A partner sets its own local prices as a percentage of the headquarters list. Headquarters writes a lowest and a highest percentage into the terms, and the app refuses a price outside them.
What is written down before you sign
The one-time fee (if any), the monthly platform fee, the share, the override, the price limits, any client targets, and your territory. None of these is a default of the software.
